Personalisation is achieved by the use brass letters and our antique bookbinding branding tools. These are individually hand-stamped onto the leather and impart a lovely quirky quality to the text, that is not achievable with mass-produced items. All letters in this style are a mixture of different styles & scales of fonts. They are all uppercase and are applied individually by hand to the leather. (Please note that due to the hand-stamped nature of this service, character placement and spacing will vary and be of an 'organic' nature - see images).
Although we highly recommend the use of our antique bookbinding 'blocking' tools to apply any letters and words, we also have an ordinary non-serif font (Helvetica) that can be imprinted up to a maximum of 16 letters only.
Made from: Leather and suede - NB: As an organic material leather has unique features and textures. Our bridle leather is a high quality 'top surface' leather and although we have very high standards when it comes to sourcing the leather, your item may have variations of texture from the images shown.
Future book refills are readily available either from ourselves, or from stationary suppliers, but your order will come as standard with a plain paper A4 book insert. - other options may be possible on request/availability: relevant costs apply to upgrades.
Dimensions: Approx. H31.8cm x W23cm (this will be for an A4 sized bookinsert - Depth varies depending on type of book insert used). The cover is slightly over A4 in size when it contains an A4 book insert.
